Pool Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6am-11pm
Thursday - Sunday 6am-12am (midnight)
- The pool is for residents and guests of residents. Guests must be accompanied by a resident with exception of house sitter or an adult baby sitter. You are allowed to have up to six individual guests per household.
- Residents may reserve the pavilion / grill area any day of the week for a 3 hour time period from 8am-11am, 12pm-3pm, or 4pm-7pm. A signed contract and deposit will be required. The pool may be utilized for parties - more than six guests is considered a party, not to exceed 50. No water slides are permitted. Please remember that all residents in good standing are welcome at the pool during your party. Parent supervision is required. You are responsible for cleaning up all trash and removing it from the premises. To schedule a party, please email the chairman listed at the bottom of the page.
- The pavilion areas are open year round; however, the pool will be covered and furniture will be stored from late September/October through March/April. The storage room will be locked at all times; keys are held by the pool committee members. The pool is cleaned two times per week from April through June, three times per week June through August, and once per week September through March. Please be sensitive to the pool cleaners if they come while you are swimming.
- If there are five or more children at any one time, either from the same household or multiple households, under the age of 18 (this includes children ages 14-17 using the buddy system*), parent supervision is required.
- If you witness inappropriate behavior by a child in the pool area, please contact the parents.
- Please see that all food and beverages are properly disposed of before leaving the pool area. Note Pool Rule: No Glass containers in Pool Area.
- Please remember to remove pet waste from the Pavilion Area.
- If you are the last person to leave the pool, be sure to lock the restroom doors and pool gates.
- Please be considerate of others and rinse sand and grass clippings before entering the pool.
- If you observe any maintenance needs for the pool, please contact a committee member.

Pool Rules:
- NO RUNNING OR DIVING.
- NO CUT-OFF SHORTS OR CUT-OFF SHIRTS IN THE POOL.
- NO SAND OR GRASS CLIPPINGS. NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE POOL AREA.
- NO PETS IN THE POOL AREA.
- NO BICYCLES OR ROLLERBLADES IN THE POOL AREA.
- NO TOWELS DRAPED OVER THE WROUGHT IRON FENCE.
- NO EATING IN THE POOL.
- NO SUNTAN OIL ALLOWED IN THE POOL, SUNSCREEN ONLY.
- DO NOT LEAVE DIAPERS IN THE TRASH CAN - Please bag & take with you.
- PROPERLY DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS.
- NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES.
- NO WATER BALLOONS IN THE POOL AREA. They will ruin the pool filtration system.
- THE LIFE SAVER RING IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY. It is not a toy.
- NO CHILDREN MAY SWIM WITHOUT ADULT (18 or older) SUPERVISION.
Children between the ages of 14 and 17 must use the buddy system (not to exceed five children without adult supervision). This means that children in this age range must be accompanied by another child between 14 and 17 years of age or by an adult. Note: If a child (under 14) is at the pool without adult supervision, the parent will be contacted.
Residents are responsible and liable for any damages caused by disregarding pool rules or regulations set forth within the HOA Bylaws or CC&Rs.
